The team and myself. Please note awesome goalie (John Harkness). The face of victory Canam was awesome and we had a great team this year. 03.21.08“Don’t Puck with Texas!”The winners of the 2008 Canam are non other than the American 'Men' (whoot!) My body aches and I made a bad choice and ate at Denny's post hockey game (DEATH!) but I'm going to sleep now and will post some pics later today.

03.18.08CANAM – Practice 2I didn't want to throw up this time, as much. Our second practice was intense, but good. There was a point where we were all sitting around the centre circle when I looked behind me and could see a trail of steam coming off my head, it was beautiful. The whole aspect of smelling like a mule is back and probably will be until the morning since i'm going to bed instead of showering (gros!), but its late and I am tired and want to be in top form for intro to physical geography at 9:25, tomorrow morning...sigh. Tomorrow will be productive ...

03.13.08CANAMCANAM (noun) def: A large TWU event happening on March 20th where a hockey team of Canadian girls compete against a team of American guys. Let the fun blood lust ensue. I had my first practice tonight. Right now someone is in our shower but after just 90 minutes of practice I smell something fierce. The smell is a rare combination of sweat, gatorade, and plucky determination. All in all I didn't do too bad, I don't think... I find out if I get cut tomorrow.
